The mission is to make relocation affordable, accessible and more human. After hundreds of hours of user testing, we asked: what if we didn't need expensive lawyers? What if we could make a platform where people choose what they need, and how they need it

Our Story
Founded by Davide Palazzo, DolceVisa was born out of frustration with the outdated, complex legal processes that make applying for Italian citizenship difficult and costly. As an immigrant himself, Davide had firsthand experience navigating the tangled web of immigration law—and he realised that millions of people around the world were facing the same struggles.
How we work
By putting users first, and having an obligation to the people we serve. As we’re so critical to our users’ success, we must keep their needs front and centre in everything we do.
Moving with urgency and focus. A bias bias for action means we learn faster and makes our users happier.

We're a group of resilient people, all startup focused. They're a tumultuous place and the audacity of our goals, although results in the occasional failure, we take them as opportunities to sharpen our skills.
We're humble, macro-optimistic and exothermic. We treat disagreements as opportunities to grow, not with arrogance.
What's our leadership like?
We obsess over talent. The quality of the team attracts, and therefore defines us. We're a team that investigates everything, pushing back against "tradition" and building a culture that allows our team to grow as individuals. Of course we're here to make our company grow, but we're also here to be the best version of ourselves that we can in and out of work. Because if we have a bad day at work, it translates to home life, and that's not what its like at DolceVisa®.
We elevate ambitions and know where we're heading next year, in 4 years and in 10 years. By developing a compelling vision, our team is guided to redefine what is physically possible by expanding what's reasonable.
