Welcome to the DolceVisa® Duolingo League! By joining and participating in this league, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your participation in this program and your use of the Duolingo Schools platform managed by DolceVisa®.

2. Loss of Data or Progress: DolceVisa® is not liable for any loss of progress, data, or learning streaks within Duolingo.

3. Monetary Loss: If you subscribe to Duolingo paid plans (e.g., Duolingo Plus or Super Duolingo), DolceVisa® is not responsible for any financial losses, billing issues, or disputes arising from the use or management of your account.

4. Platform Availability and Liability: DolceVisa® is not liable for disruptions, downtime, or errors in the Duolingo platform. By clicking the Join Button, you acknowledge you are leaving the DolceVisa® website, and will be subject to Duolingo's Terms and Conditions, where we are not liable.

5. Privacy
